When you submit the estimate form, you provide your first name, last name, email address, phone number, city, the service you need, and a description of the damage. This information is sent to our customer-relationship management system so we can follow up and route your request to an independent contractor.
How we use your information
We use the details you submit to understand your situation and connect you with an independent contractor who can prepare a property-specific scope. We do not perform restoration work ourselves; the contractor you work with handles inspection, pricing, scheduling, and workmanship.
Technical data collected with a submission
With each form submission, the page also sends the page URL, the form name, and a browser session identifier so the request can be joined to the visit. This helps us respond to your request and improve the form. We do not request marketing consent through this form.
Analytics and advertising
This site does not use advertising tags. We do not sell the personal information you submit through the form. A referral relationship, where one exists, is disclosed in our referral marketing disclosure.
